The water, the water, the water

Warm water toes

Apparently the water off the coast of Sydney is a couple of degrees warmer than average at the moment. Maybe that explains why I've been able to go swimming (and not in a steamer like my husband does) in the middle of winter. The article in which I read about this warm mass of water, suggests that the phenomenon might be related to global climate change. I have another theory. Sydney has a population of over 4 million and as you know, we Aussies do love the beach. Add to that a shirtload of tourists taking a dip in the Tasman off the likes of Bondi and Manly, and what do you have? A truckload of wee that's what you have. Global warming, pah... I believe in the power of the piss.

I would have accepted the warm bodies theory as the explanation for the warm waters but nOOOOoooo, you had to go scatalogical on us. ;)

Wee has it's uses... ummm - it entertains little boys NOOOO end (in that magical "oooh look" way that only little boys - and let's face it fully grown MEN - have! lol) My little man is having loads of fun whizzing left right and centre... babies always seem to get 'Hits' no matter how much you try to dive outta the way!
;-)

And A - Dial-up at my end of the world is soon to be a thing of the past (as if it wasn't already - DOH!) Broadband has come to stay in my neighbourhood... finally! When I get back from sun shiney Meeka - I'll be whacking it all together - YAYYYYY!

I'll finally be able to view your pics wihout buggering off to make a cuppa!

And - the XO is taking your advice A, we've been 'slowly' working on the cut backs of feeds at night... SLOWLY!

Nice feet shot by the way... goes well with the colour of the water mate!

My son is fascinated with peeing in the bush. Whenever we go for a walk, he won't go before we go, just so he can bestow a shower in the bush. What a boy.

Glad to hear about the end of dial-up for you B.

Hope the XO is going OK (ie no sore boobs) with the cut-backs.
