It may be unaustralian to admit this, but truth be known, I think the Opera House is pig ugly. Even so, the sight of it does scream home to me, and I do think highly of it as a venue.

Forget the Opera House the building in the foreground is much more interesting. I am guessing it is the same one as yesterday. My first thought was a giant slot car track. Or is that just evidence of a misspent youth?

Excellent photos. Tell you what I hate about the House, the decor. Looks like it was decorated by bloody Torana circa 1976.
